Inter-District Transfers

To support parents who might be interested in joining Piedmont Unified School District schools, we wanted to provide some resources below for the inter-district transfer process for the 2022-2023 school year.

• PUSD applications opened 3/1/22 and decisions are expected end of March/early April

• The district expects to have space availability in TK-5, 6-8, and 9th grades ONLY

• You can learn more on the district website about inter-district transfers here.

• Steps:

  1. Submit Inter-district Permit to your school district of residence for approval. Alameda County form is here.

  2. Once approved, request a copy and submit to PUSD for consideration
